A modular, customizable dashboard system that reduces career coaches' research time from 27 minutes to near-zero by providing real-time industry insights, salary benchmarks, and career progression pathways.
A 12-to-16-month rework of the CC4.0 platform featuring the Role Informer Tool and 360 Report with Employability Index. Co-created with career coaches through co-design workshops and atomic research, this project transformed career coaching through AI-powered research assistance, predictive analytics, and streamlined task management. Achieved 70% case completion improvement (from 30%), ease of case creation rating boost from 3.3 to 4.4, and quarterly usability testing cycles.
A comprehensive event management platform designed for carnival and festival organizers.
In 2019, Singtel partnered with AIA to create StepUp, a wellness app that allowed you to walk for data. It was part of a digital transformation process to expand services beyond traditional telco experiences. I conceptualised and designed StepUp from end to end, focusing on onboarding experiences, redemption flows, and all the micro-interactions and animations.
